Your Role as a Customer Service Ambassador:
- Welcome each customer that arrives with the dealership in a friendly, polite manner.
- Direct the customer to the department or person that they are there to see.
- Answer basic questions that customers may have.
- Assist in keeping the dealership clean and professional looking.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
