About the Role

As a key member of our Commercial Bank team, you will collaborate with partners to acquire, expand, and retain business clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer service needs, inquiries, or problems, ensuring clients receive a full and effective client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to expand and retain business and commercial clients
  • Maintain deposit, loan, and cash management services to meet client needs, including project completion and tracking
  • Prepare, deliver, and review agreements
  • Adhere to risk policies and procedures, including QV and risk testing initiatives
  • Initiate and conduct research to meet client needs
  • Generate cross-sell leads to sales teams and participate in bank initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on complex client needs
  • Make timely decisions while weighing risks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience
  • 3 or more years of banking or cash management experience
  • Demonstrated success in a customer service environment
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to participate in a collaborative work team
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of commercial banking and/or cash management experience
  • Certified Cash Manager (CCM)/Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred

Location

Must sit in Western United States markets, Los Angeles/Orange County, California preferred. Can be mobile/remote from LA/Orange County and Western States with team meetings in the office, and ability to travel to client meetings in markets. Relocation not offered.
