Job Summary: LifeMoves is seeking a dedicated Residential Services Coordinator to provide safety supervision and support to program participants at our Montgomery Street Inn location. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to assist clients in achieving permanent housing and stable income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis management and support to clients, making linkages for interventions as needed
  • Support client and facility needs, including completing incident reports as required
  • Field questions from clients and respond to requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct intakes and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition for program participants
  • Oversee chores, meals, and living space, promoting a clean and safe environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Social Services or Education preferred
  • Personal or professional experience working with mental health clients a plus
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking a plus, but not mandatory
