Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to CSI's image standards
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments
  • Restock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain a well-organized store
  • Prepare food and hot beverage products, following proper food safety and handling procedures
  • Actively promote store specials and marketing programs to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (21 in some locations) and possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
