Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Three Bears Alaska Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing weekly payroll processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the human resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for 1000+ employees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
  • Provide support to the human resources department with employee relation functions
  • Work closely with Store Management, HR/Payroll personnel, and the Corporate Team to ensure seamless payroll operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in payroll and handling confidential information is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Payroll or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred

Work Environment

The Payroll Specialist will work in an office setting with the ability to speak and receive phone communications often. The role requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and video display terminal and other office equipment.
