Domestic Violence Advocate Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Domestic Violence Advocate Assistant with our team at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County inc.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Support program participants by responding to hotline calls, text line messages, and Lethality Assessment Program calls in a trauma-informed and professional manner.
- Assist with program participant intakes and exits, including conflict checks.
- Provide emotional support to program participants and assist with their daily needs, such as food, transportation, and personal items.
- Maintain accurate records of program participant information, direct service hours, and other required data in the client database.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment in the office and Safe House common areas.
