About the Job:
">This Domestic Violence Resident Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors of domestic violence. As a member of our Residential Program team, you will provide essential support services, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and services.">
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provided.">
- Participate in on-call coverage and respond to crisis situations as needed.">
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.">
Requirements:

- A minimum of an Associate's degree in social sciences or equivalent experience.">
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are strongly preferred.">
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and provide empathetic support.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and web-based applications.">
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
Compensation:
">$48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience.
