Surgical Intensive Care Unit Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the surgical intensive care unit (SICU). The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the effects of nursing care. They will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient and family care, and promote a healing environment for patients and families. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse must have strong analytical skills, be able to identify potential crisis situations, and demonstrate a caring nursing practice.

What We Offer

This position offers an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
