About the Role:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking skilled Operating Room Registered Nurses for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Maine. This rewarding opportunity allows you to provide expert care before, during, and after surgery, working closely with patients and medical professionals to ensure seamless operations.

Salary Details:

  • A competitive salary of $2,106 – $2,294 per week, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week

Job Description:

We are looking for talented RNs with at least 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room setting. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operating room functions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Current Maine Nursing License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room setting
  • CORN and PALS certifications preferred
