About This Role

In this Surgical Care Professional position, you will deliver specialized care throughout surgical procedures. Your duties will encompass preparing the Operating Room team, maintaining aseptic conditions, aiding surgeons, and monitoring patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing the Operating Room team for surgery.
  • Maintaining aseptic conditions and sterilizing instruments.
  • Assisting with surgical procedures and anticipating the needs of surgeons and other team members.
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and assisting with anesthesia administration and airway management as needed during surgery.
  • Providing postoperative care, including wound care, monitoring recovery, and educating patients and their families on postoperative instructions and self-care.
