Nursing Assistant Care Coordinator

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing complex surgical procedures.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,500 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings options.
Job Responsibilities
As a CNA in the Cardiac Surgical ICU, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Assisting with medical procedures, such as administering medications and preparing patients for tests and exams.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documenting vital signs, medications, and treatments.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Holds a current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Current BLS certification or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- CNA experience of 0-6 months; on-the-job training provided.
