Job Description:

About the Role:
The Dealership Administrative Lead will oversee all administrative functions at our dealership, including accounting, human resources, and facilities management. This individual will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Additionally, they will supervise office staff and provide training and guidance as needed.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Relevant experience includes supervising staff, managing finances, and maintaining regulatory compliance. A proven track record of success in a similar role is essential.
