About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Liaison to join our team at Neurocrine Biosciences. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, fostering, and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance our neuroscience-focused mission.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to engage HCPs and KOLs in our therapeutic areas
  • Providing scientific expertise and support to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement educational programs and initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest literature and research in our therapeutic areas to inform clinical and scientific interactions
  • Identifying and communicating educational opportunities and market developments to internal partners

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in neuroscience, clinical practice, and industry liaison roles. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, or a Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience in industry liaison roles
  • Therapeutic area clinical expertise in Psychiatry, Neurology, or Long-Term Care
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to effectively combine scientific knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of $157,700.00-$228,000.00, an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary, and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday, and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits.
