Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Service Center operations, fostering productive and positive relationships between management and staff.
  • Ensure profitability by managing operations, staffing, and expenses effectively.
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement strategies aimed at reducing operational costs while enhancing service quality and productivity.
  • Promote operational excellence and best practices to elevate quality, service, cost efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Establish a culture of customer satisfaction at every service interaction.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and timeliness to maximize customer retention.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Guide the team towards achieving Service Center objectives by effectively allocating tasks and managing resources.
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage the personal and professional growth of employees through clear performance objectives and coaching.
  • Set clear expectations for all team members, balancing accountability with constructive feedback and recognition.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of all roles within the Service Center.
  • Provide strategic leadership and promote collaboration throughout the Service Center.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, submitting documentation in a timely manner.
  • Champion a culture of safety through awareness, training, and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and state safety regulations and compliance measures.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with company and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Share best practices with colleagues to enhance productivity and achieve cost savings.
  • Represent Vortex Industries, LLC in a professional manner when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
