Litigation Assistant Manager

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for providing critical support to attorneys in trial preparation, arbitration, and case management. You will manage document-intensive files, draft correspondence, e-file court documents, and coordinate with clients, witnesses, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Trial preparation, including organizing and indexing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and managing document files.
• Correspondence, including drafting and proofreading, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.
• Coordination with trial teams, third parties, and courtroom personnel.
• E-filing for motions and pleadings, including after-hours filings as needed.
• Client document management, including cataloging and processing hard copy and electronic documents using Relativity.
• Exhibit preparation and demonstratives for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Project management, including task lists and docket deadlines.
• Online research and administrative duties.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in litigation defense law.
• Trial and arbitration experience required.
• Degree not required; paralegal certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, and document management tools.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
