MOBILE CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
*This position involves travel to various project locations for extended durations.

*Candidates must be prepared for travel.

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mobile Construction Site Manager who is willing to travel to different project sites for significant periods. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to interpret design plans and blueprints, manage subcontractors, and perform hands-on tasks such as painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, drywall installation, and other necessary repairs to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

This role necessitates travel to multiple sites for extended periods.

We are in search of a highly competent, hands-on construction manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute minor plumbing tasks (e.g., replacing sinks, faucets, toilets, and related fixtures as required).

- Oversee subcontractors and manage project work environments.

- Conduct routine painting and carpentry duties.

- Perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., fixing or replacing fixtures, wall switches, and outlets; changing light bulbs, ballasts, and sockets as necessary).

- Effectively utilize technology (tablet, smartphone) to: Access and complete work orders, including notes on services rendered.

- Generate and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and documentation.

Qualifications/Skills & Experience

- A minimum of five years of experience in construction and supervisory roles.


- Proficient in reading and understanding design plans, blueprints, and instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals.

- Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in both individual and small group settings.


- Proficient in using handheld devices and business systems or document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and company directives concerning building operations and work safety. Perform assigned daily repairs, emergency tasks, and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of and consistently comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety protocols.

- Strong computer and technology skills are essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Capability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.

Travel Requirements

- Travel and extended on-site stays are mandatory.

- Candidates must be willing and available for out-of-town assignments, including overnight stays for extended periods.

- A valid Driver's License is required.
