Cardiovascular Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Telemetry team at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a RN Cardiovascular Telemetry, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and monitor patient response, maintaining a thorough knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Document patient care in a timely and thorough manner, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
- ACLS required within 6 months.
Lee's Summit Medical Center is a 80+ bed full-service hospital serving Lee's Summit and surrounding areas.
