Job Overview
Omnichannel marketing campaigns require a high level of coordination and execution. As an Account Service Manager at Resulticks, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of these campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. This role involves working closely with account management and technical teams to guarantee seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Complete the Resulticks employee training program and become a subject matter expert in our capabilities and services.
  • Gather clients' campaign requirements and suggest ideas for improved communication and customer engagement.
  • Communicate clients' desired outcomes to internal development teams.
  • End-to-end omnichannel digital marketing campaign management, including setup, execution, A/B testing, performance assessment, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the project team to monitor projects and campaigns, identifying potential issues and opportunities for elevating outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and campaign execution as per the SOW.
  • Adhere to project timelines, procedural best practices, quality standards, and ensure the effectiveness of communication.
  • Manage client projects and campaigns, making sure they are completed and profitable.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a global organization with team members and stakeholders in multiple time zones. You will occasionally need to participate in early morning or late evening meetings with colleagues in Asia Pacific. The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Communication, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management, preferably in ad agencies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Digital Marketing practitioners and IT professionals about omnichannel campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, data analytics, cyber security & privacy, database & system architecture, and cloud storage.
  • Digital marketing campaign management experience, including general knowledge of digital design.
  • Ability to think creatively, prioritize rapidly, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Personable with good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated, and flexible, accustomed to working with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
