Global Account Management Specialist

Resulticks is seeking an experienced Account Service Manager to lead the operations aspect of our account management services. As an Account Service Operations Lead, you will oversee the coordination of client projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with account management and technical teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the account management and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
- Oversee the smooth execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, acting as the main point of contact for communication, documentation, conflict resolution, compliance, deliverables, and billing for our clientele.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure project timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Work closely with the project team to continuously monitor projects and campaigns, identifying potential issues and opportunities for elevating outcomes.
- Ensure effective communication and campaign execution as per the SOW.
- Adhere to project timelines, procedural best practices, quality standards.
- Manage client projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed and profitable.
- Manage customer expectation with respect to deliverables.
- Manage the invoicing and billing process for existing accounts.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Communication, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management, preferably in ad agencies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Digital Marketing practitioners and IT professionals about omnichannel campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, data analytics, cyber security & privacy, database & system architecture, and cloud storage.
- Digital marketing campaign management experience, including general knowledge of digital design.
- Ability to think creatively, prioritize rapidly, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Personable with good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated, and flexible, accustomed to working with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
