Position Overview: The role encompasses a variety of essential responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the comprehensive functioning of the center under the guidance of the Medical Director.
  • Guaranteeing adherence to Patient First policies and protocols by all center personnel.
  • Organizing and managing staff schedules effectively.
  • Maintaining constructive relationships among patients, clients, and staff members.
  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and assessing center personnel.
  • Supervising and evaluating all departmental checklists within the center.
  • Reviewing and coordinating the processing of all administrative paperwork related to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay adjustments, status changes, budgets, inventory, pharmacy, and staffing.
  • Delivering friendly and professional customer service in all interactions.
  • Encouraging teamwork and fostering a positive, professional work environment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding is necessary.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • One year of clerical experience is preferred.
  • One year of clinical experience with medication administration is preferred.
  • One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania.
