Our Identity Fraud Investigation Specialists play a crucial role in collaborating with federal entities to investigate potential identity fraud incidents. You will execute and manage fraud investigative services, fraud monitoring, fraud prevention, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to support program implementation.
Your Daily Activities May Include...
- Conducting thorough fraud investigations, responding to alerts, and working alongside data analysts and fellow investigators to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with key partner teams and external stakeholders to optimize fraud operations processes and policies.
- Identifying and addressing multiple potential fraud scenarios that affect end users by gathering evidence from various investigative tools, keeping detailed records, and preparing reports.
- Prioritizing high-impact initiatives and investigations, swiftly addressing emerging issues, and communicating challenges to management.
- Assisting with internal and external audits and due diligence inquiries.
- Regularly reviewing suspicious account activities and notifying management of concerns regarding vendors, tools, and processes.
- Proposing enhancements to improve fraud controls and policies.
Qualifications You Will Bring
- US Citizenship Required to obtain GSA Public Trust
- Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in supporting government programs
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues
