Position Overview

We are seeking an Identity Access Management Engineer who will be instrumental in assessing systems for potential security vulnerabilities and unauthorized actions.

Key Duties

  • Investigate and analyze virus and malware incidents to determine underlying causes and evaluate associated risks.
  • Monitor virus alerts and respond effectively while ensuring that network defense mechanisms are current and securely configured.
  • Provide tier-3 support for existing infrastructure and incorporate new security solutions as necessary.
  • Remain updated on cybersecurity policies, regulations, and best practices to uphold a strong cyber defense framework.

Essential Qualifications

  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
  • Practical experience in Identity Management, PKI certificate issuance, and SAML for Single Sign-On functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication and Zero-Trust Architecture.
  • Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures and delivering operational support for IT services.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
  • Expertise in IT service automation through Logic/Function apps and PowerShell scripting.
