Operations Management
  • Ensure the store is operating efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Act as a liaison between the store and corporate office, communicating key issues and concerns.
