Director of Nursing RN

At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing RN to lead our home health agency in Tucker, Georgia. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our agency, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical best practices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and other healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and patient care coordination.
- Manage and resolve patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in home health.
- Previous leadership or management experience within a home health or related healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Medicare regulations and accreditation standards for home health agencies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
