RN Branch Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Branch Director to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and home health aides, to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and other stakeholders to establish revenue and budget goals, and implement plans to achieve them.
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings, patient satisfaction data reviews, and follow-up visits with referral sources.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient experiences.
- Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Home health experience required; management and people leadership experience also required.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff.
- Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience, with ability to manage multi-millions in revenue (minimum of $5M).
- OASIS experience required; OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C) preferred.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred; CMS PDGM home care billing model and experience with requirements to bill for services also preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance required.
