About the Role

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an experienced RN Branch Director to lead our home health operations in Tucker, GA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operations, ensuring operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, including clinical managers, to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and AVP of Operations and Finance to establish branch revenue and budget goals.
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction data analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, sales directors, and account managers to meet admission goals and promote business development.
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
  • Management and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of motivating and developing staff.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience, with the ability to manage multi-millions in revenue.
