We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Branch Director to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction surveys.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources, sales directors, and account managers to meet admission goals.
- Active and unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Home health experience required, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience, with the ability to manage multi-millions in revenue.
