- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Must have thorough knowledge of Medicare regulations and accreditation standards for home health agencies.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
