  • Greeting and evaluating young patients

  • Conducting blood draws for various age groups
  • Managing phone inquiries and prioritizing calls
  • Creating and maintaining efficient organizational systems
  • Confirming patient insurance details

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a medical assistant role
  • Fluency in bilingual communication
  • Understanding of the Pediatric Vaccine Schedule
  • Familiarity with the Vaccine for Children initiative
  • Strong task prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective organizational skills
