Position Overview: The Assistant Product Manager will play a crucial role in managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring that products align with stakeholder expectations and business objectives. This role involves collaboration with senior product managers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate product development and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation initiatives and capture business requirements.
  • Conduct scrum meetings and ensure thorough testing of products.
  • Utilize experience with content management systems and marketing technologies to support digital transformation efforts.
  • Oversee complex work streams within our MarTech initiatives.
  • Gather, assess, and document business and user requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed epics and user stories that align with product strategy using agile methodologies.
  • Manage the product backlog and release planning.
  • Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create journey maps to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure the team remains aligned with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a product management role, particularly within MarTech.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable business requirements.
  • Experience working effectively with technical teams, business units, and third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools such as Salesforce, AEM, and other CRM systems.
  • Technical knowledge of software development and web technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AEM products.
  • Familiarity with other MarTech tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment sector is advantageous.
