About the Position

Hospice Visions, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families by providing high-quality, person-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies as required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure in the state where assigned
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting and 1-2 years of home care experience preferred
  • CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) training
Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
