Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist

TridentCare is seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by the company dispatcher.
- Unload phlebotomy supplies and collect samples from patients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient sample collection and delivery.
- Current, valid State phlebotomy license (if applicable).
- Valid State Driver's license, car insurance, and a good driving record.
- Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture techniques.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
