About the Role

As a Phlebotomy Professional, you will play a vital role in collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation
  • Collaborate with your team to create a friendly and welcoming environment for donors
  • Be detail-oriented and ensure that the blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • A competitive starting rate of $22.50/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate's degree or a combination of education and work experience
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a public setting
  • A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record (may be required)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
