Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist-Phlebotomy to join our team at Biolife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist-Phlebotomy, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, answering phones, and greeting and focusing on our donors while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations
  • Answer phones and greet donors
  • Ensure the safety of donors and our team
  • Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
