Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Liability Claim Representative to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a key member of our claims handling team, you will be responsible for handling Personal and Business Insurance Auto Bodily Injury claims from the first notice of loss through resolution/settlement and payment process.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for interpreting and applying laws and statutes for multiple state jurisdictions, and providing quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Personal and Business Insurance Auto Bodily Injury claims from the first notice of loss through resolution/settlement and payment process.
  • Interpret and apply laws and statutes for multiple state jurisdictions.
  • Provide quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle.
  • Maintain full compliance with internal and external quality standards and state specific regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years bodily injury liability claim handling experience preferred.
  • General knowledge and skill in claims handling and litigation.
  • Basic working level knowledge and skill in various business line products.
