  • Provide palliative care services through various modalities, including in-person, video, and telephonic consultations.
  • Engage in extra-clinical activities that promote education, clinical ethics, team development, quality enhancement, and clinical innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to establish and expand a leading palliative care service line.

Essential Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

MAPMG Physicians:

  • Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care.
  • Communicate effectively (listening, educating, advocating).
  • Lead with integrity and professionalism.
  • Value teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain transparency and honesty in all interactions.
  • Go above and beyond for their patients.

We Offer:

  • Competitive annual salaries with no stressful RVUs.
  • Clear pathways for physicians to become shareholders.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including fully employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, pension plan, 401(k), life insurance, and paid annual leave with holidays.
  • Complete professional liability coverage, including malpractice insurance at no cost, full reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities.
  • A concierge service that assists with all necessary state, CDS, and DEA license applications.

The starting annual salary for this position is $280,000, reflecting the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary, MAPMG provides rich benefits that significantly enhance the total compensation package.

Commitment to Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity:
