We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Building Materials Tester at Apex Ventures. As a key member of our building materials department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality control of building materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Investigate the properties of soils and materials to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Perform measurements and tests to evaluate the performance of building materials.
  • Prepare and produce samples for testing and analysis.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Communicate test results to customers and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Apply relevant regulations and standards for construction products, soils, contaminated sites, and recycled materials.
  • Process, evaluate, prepare, and document data to support testing and quality control activities.
  • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.

**Requirements:**

  • A qualified secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong technical interest and aptitude.
  • High level of thoroughness and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent grades in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
