Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our team. As a project sales representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Promote the National HVAC Service brand in the marketplace.
  • Identify, estimate, sell, and execute projects based on customers' needs.
  • Oversee projects to make optimal use of company resources.
  • Manage necessary administrative records and controls, including review and/or generation of invoices, submittals, shop drawings, and close-out materials.
  • Work with National Accounts to secure and execute project-based on leads provided.

Qualifications

  • Integrity, drive, and initiative.
  • Proven track record in project sales and project management with the HVAC and/or Plumbing fields.
  • Ability to effectively prospect and walk customers through the sales cycle.
  • Experience in tapping into local/state/federal utility rebates, grants, and tax credits to strategically drive projects to approval.
  • Ability to develop relationships and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure prompt and timely delivery and best possible prices.
  • Exceptional time management skills to balance acquisition and execution phases of the job.
  • Ability to learn and utilize all software systems, including K2A, salesforce, cloud-based storage, Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent and efficient use of phone and written communication.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug and background screens.
