We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Therapist Specialist to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts. This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, paid at an estimated $120-$150 per hour based on an 8-hour shift.

About the Role:

As a Mobile Therapist Specialist, you will work with patients to restore their mobility and function after injury or illness. You will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans
  • Communicate regularly with patients and families to ensure they understand treatment goals and progress
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
