Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customer base receives a best-in-class service experience from purchase to delivery.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report individual sales performance relative to goals and measures.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of retail management experience in home furnishings.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and motivational skills to drive business growth and team performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and strong organizational and time management abilities.
