Job Overview

Green House is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Program Manager to drive sales growth and develop retail execution strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives in assigned territories, working closely with national, regional, and local stakeholders. Your goal will be to ensure effective retail execution and align strategies with client commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of field teams to execute retail strategies.
  • Set KPI goals and oversee performance tracking, team evaluations, and budget planning.
  • Foster a cohesive team culture that aligns with brand priorities and client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, revise KPIs, and ensure compliance with standards in contracts.
Success Metrics
  • Successful hiring, onboarding, and training of top talent.
  • Achievement of clear KPI goals and sales growth targets.
  • Effective budget oversight and resource allocation.
  • Strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 7+ years of sales experience with budget accountability, preferably in the retail beverage/CPG sector.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate teams.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Work Style: Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20% and work weekends as needed.
