Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical cases by establishing and maintaining a sterile field.
- Assist the surgical team by retracting and passing instruments during procedures.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred
- Associate's or Technical Degree, or a relevant combination of education and experience: Preferred
- Experience as a scrub technician: Preferred
- Training or experience in an operating room setting: Preferred
Certifications:
- Surgical Technician certification: Preferred
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Preferred
