We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supply Chain Associate to join our team at NYU Langone Health.

This role will be responsible for maintaining, controlling, and restocking all areas supplies responsible to Clinical Supply Chain Management.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of surgical equipment and inventory controls, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities will include picking cases for next day's cases, maintaining tissue and temperature log books, assisting with LVAD department requests, and attending departmental/Nursing related meetings.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as within a group setting and have the ability to communicate with coworkers, Nursing staff verbally/by email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, control, and restock all areas supplies responsible to Clinical Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or combination of education and Healthcare related experience
  • Excellent knowledge of surgical equipment and inventory controls
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Certification in materials resources CMRP
  • Experience in computerized inventory control with an emphasis on medical/surgical supplies
