LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Bellevue, WA.
This is a temporary to hire position with a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 to $30.00 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous AP experience and will be comfortable communicating with both internal and external customers.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for handling high volume invoice processing, setting up vendor accounts, and reconciling payments.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate through a variety of software systems quickly.
Additional tasks and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Matching and coding invoices to the correct accounts
- Setting up new vendors for electronic payments
- Reaching out to internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
- Vendor statement and payment reconciliations
- Additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least a year of accounts payable experience
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate through a variety of software systems quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
