Clinical Nurse Specialist

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering and overseeing nursing care for a designated group of patients and their families, aiming to achieve specific clinical and organizational goals. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care, including patient education throughout the care continuum.
The Clinical Nurse collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that care is safe, timely, efficient, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient and family. This position also entails upholding and maintaining established standards of patient and family care as well as professional practice.
In addition, the Clinical Nurse supervises and coordinates the care provided by support staff through effective delegation, assessment, and management to ensure that all patient and family requirements are addressed.
Shift Details: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a)
