Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts and corresponding with customers to resolve outstanding issues. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify registration information for new users and process their data
- Correspond with customers who have been moved to delinquent status and apply payments accordingly
- Work with customers who have filed a request for follow-up on a transaction as necessary
- Enter and maintain information on auction results for the website
Requirements:
- In-office position with a 4.5-day regular work week
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
- Results-oriented with a flexible and open approach to change
- Stable and progressive work history
- Professional appearance and demeanor
