Job Summary:

As a Phlebotomist with All Medical Personnel, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture
• Label and process specimens according to established protocols
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen handling
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient specimen processing and testing
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on laboratory procedures and best practices

Requirements:

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or GED
