Job OverviewAt Ncb Management Services Inc, we are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making contact with customers and attempting to initiate payments and payment plans to resolve delinquent statuses. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect payments on past due accounts.
  • Process check-by-phone and/or ACH requests accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date on FDCPA and state laws.
  • Negotiate with customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including speaking with customers and typing notes.
Requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer programs.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Punctuality and dependability.
Experience
  • Previous debt collections experience required.
  • Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
