The backbone of our Marketing Division is our Field Marketing Associates.

Field Marketing Associates are the first point of contact with homeowners.

We are looking for individuals with high energy, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the capability to learn our sales methodologies, alongside the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Job Overview:Field Marketing Associates will work in teams to canvass local neighborhoods. They will employ face-to-face communication skills to enhance brand visibility and generate leads for our sales department. This is an entry-level role that offers the opportunity to develop transferable skills and expand your existing skill set. Members of the Outdoor Marketing Team are expected to advance to Team Leader and subsequently to Marketing Manager. A valid driver's license is advantageous.
  • Driven by financial incentives with a strong work ethic

  • Must successfully pass a background check; valid driver's license is a plus
