  • Location: Must be an existing Senior Marine Insurance Producer/Manager based in Orange County, CA, with a strong local network.
  • Experience: 8+ years in marine insurance with a focus on business development, client management, or underwriting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIRM) are a plus.
  • Book of Business: Must bring an established book of business to contribute to immediate revenue growth.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marine insurance products (e.g., hull & machinery, P&I, cargo, war risks).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage complex, high-value client portfolios.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to manage and develop producers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and mitigate risks and collaborate with underwriting teams effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with clients and strategic partners.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with maritime regulations and insurance compliance standards.
